• Current account trading terms
• Up to date distribution grid
• The latest accurate sales data by account, this year v last year if available
• Product specifications
• Current Price List
• Any display or Point of Sales (POS) material
• Product samples for product presentations
• Duly signed and executed brokerage agreement

TRADING TERMS
Sales Commission will be due on the 14th day after month’s end.

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the trading relationship with 60 days notice. Upon termination, all accounts are to be settled for the sales commissions of the previous months goods. Upon full and final payment, all display material and files will be returned to the principal.
